The safety and well-being of our staff and visitors as our highest priority. In developing appropriate protocols and procedures, the Center will follow the guidelines laid out by Fort Lewis College as well as the recommendations of the CDC and state and local government officials, but it is only with your cooperation as a guest that we can succeed in this re-opening.

+ Starting in September the Center will have our exhibits open the 3rd Saturday of each month:
September 19th, October 17th, November 21st, and December 19th from 12 pm – 4 pm
How do I make an appointment?
To ensure safe social distancing at all times, capacity is limited. You must make an appointment in advance and gallery capacity has been limited to 8 visitors at a time for 45-minute blocks. For appointments call (970) 247-7456 or use our online scheduling program contained in the links below:

Preparing for your visit
By making an appointment for our exhibits you agree to the following visitation policies developed in compliance with guidelines and requirements related to COVID-19:
- If you are feeling ill or running a fever, please stay home. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment within our scheduling website OR contact our reservations coordinator at (970) 247-7456 and we will work with you to reschedule your visit.
- All guests must wear a face covering during their visit. Please bring one with you.
- Adhere to social distancing guidelines, staying at least six feet away from guests not in your party.
- Please DO NOT arrive early to your appointment.
