The Center of Southwest Studies has digitized thousands of historic postcards documenting communities, landscapes, and landmarks throughout the Southwest.
The Nina Heald Webber Postcard Collection includes several thousand postcards dating from the 1890s through the 1950s. The collection offers a fascinating glimpse into the region through the eyes of travelers and includes views of Durango, Silverton, Ouray, Telluride, Mesa Verde, Mancos, Cortez, the Million Dollar Highway, and many other locations across the Four Corners region. The original postcards are preserved in the Archives at the Center of Southwest Studies at Fort Lewis College.
