By making an appointment you agree to the following visitation policies developed in compliance with guidelines and requirements related to COVID-19:

If you are feeling ill or running a fever, please stay home. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting our reservations coordinator at 970-247-7456 and we will work with you to reschedule your visit.
All guests must wear a face covering during their visit. Please bring one with you.
Adhere to social distancing guidelines, staying at least six feet away from guests not in your party.
