Notes: Photo of several large piles of mesquite logs for the process of making charcoal. A pit filled mesquite logs can be seen at the right foreground of the image. Also, at the right-center of image is a large cylindrical tank and in the background are a couple of trucks near the piles of mesquite logs. This project is to make charcoal from mesquite commercially and was a community enterprise.
