Collection Summary

This collection is arranged in broad subject categories as determined prior to the 1980s by Robert W. Delaney, the first Director of the Center of Southwest Studies. The concepts of provenance and original order were not adherred to, thus this collection was established by merging photographic prints from various sources into one subject specific collection. Photoprints that pertain most closely to the Durango area have been digitized and are availalbe for viewing at the links below. To purchase a digital file of an image, please refer to the Image Duplication Request Form.

Note: Many of the items in this collection are not digitized, but are available by request at the Delaney Library for viewing in their original photographic format.
