Pit of mesquite logs to make charcoal

Notes: Photo of mesquite logs in a rectangular pit for the process of making charcoal. One end of the pit appears to have adobe bricks blocking in one end of the pit. Five men are standing near the pit of logs with a large cylindrical tank and a car parked behind them and the pit. This project is to make charcoal from mesquite commercially and was a community enterprise.
