Title: | Shallow, rock-lined pit at archaeological site
Date/circa: | 1939/1949
Photographer: | Ellison, Eddie Boyden (Santa Fe, N.M.)
Subjects: | Archaeological sites--Photographs;
Notes: | Image of a shallow, rock-lined pit at an archaeological site surrounded by a rock, pinon, and juniper covered landscape. Due to the numerous pits and holes in the rock, the walls of the shallow pit seem to be made up of lava rock and indicates that the area was once covered by lava flows. This negative was in Drawer 1 labeled "Indians." This is negative 9 of 34 in original sleeve.
