Navajo silversmith at work

Subjects: Navajo Indians--Portraits;
Summary note: Navajo man sitting on bison hide working at his silversmith trade, with all the tools and skill of a master craftsman. He holds a hammer in his right hand and a stamp in his left, while conchas for a belt are situated near the base of his anvil.
