Abstract:

Report evaluates existing sources of data on coal mining, reclamation, etc. It

also evaluates the possible users of the OSM Catalog and Data Center whose

establishment was part of PL 95-87. In addition, the report makes suggestions

on what type of data should be included in the Center and makes suggestions on

how the Center should be developed. Appendix A: Potential Users of the OSM

Catalog and Data Center. Appendix B: Non-Commercial Databases and Contract

Persons.
