Share your Southwest images |
For more than forty years, the Center of Southwest Studies has been selecting, collecting, preserving, and making available a large variety of photographs, documents, maps, and other historically significant records about the Southwest -- especially those pertaining to the Four Corners region. We invite you to share your images of the Southwest for the benefit of researchers worldwide.
| Children stand in front of what
they called the school bus in Rockwood, Colorado, in 1922. Mary (Lechner)
Moss is the little girl on the far left. The driver of the bus
is her mother, Annie Lechner, and she is the partially hidden
figure to Mary's left. Later, Mary would drive that bus.
