The following policy pertaining to the Center of Southwest Studies' cameras and other photographic equipment was adopted by the Director on October 3, 1995.
(1) The Center of Southwest Studies' photographic equipment may be borrowed by the Center's staff only, or for others' use at the discretion of said staff, and only if the project will benefit the Center.
(2) Any equipment borrowed must be returned to the Center prior to any additional loan.
