The following policy pertaining to the Center of Southwest Studies' holdings of microfilm was adopted by the Center at its staff meeting on September 29, 1995.

1. Researchers must use microfilm at the Center, just like any other special collections material.
2. The Center does not permit interlibrary loan (ILL) of its special collections material, and that includes the microfilm.  Hard-copy reproductions may be sent out by ILL or in reply to reference queries received by the Center. [To do so, please use the photoduplication request form.]
3. Researchers who submit a written request may directly borrow up to two rolls of microfilm at a time, subject to approval of the Center's staff.  These rolls are to be returned within two weeks and must be returned before any additional roll(s) can be borrowed.  [To do so, please use the microfilm borrowing request form.]
