Classrooms available in the Center of Southwest Studies include the computer lab (SW 203), and rooms 209, 210, 211, 212, 220, 230, and 120 (Lyceum). Use of those rooms is requested and scheduled through the Registrar’s Office.
Use of the conference room (SW 271) upstairs, the exhibition galleries (SW 135), the Southwest Research Library (SW 170), and the Lyceum (SW 120) is scheduled by the Center’s Administrative Assistant (Catherine Conrad) to avoid conflicts with community groups also seeking room access. The Center’s Administrative Assistant schedules all use of the Lyceum for the evenings and for the period from Thursday afternoon through Sunday evening.
Faculty seeking to use non-classroom space on a long-term basis must be willing to vacate that space when another user needs the use of that space for a one-time event during the same time slot. Thank you for your consideration.
