Permission to Photograph Gallery display

The use of images, artifacts, and other collection materials owned by the Center of Southwest Studies is restricted by copyright and other rights held by the Center.  Prior to any use of the images, artifacts, and/or other collection materials for loan or for photographic reproduction, the user must obtain written authorization for such use, and the user must also submit to the Center's staff a written notification of subsequent publication or other non-research commercial use, and must submit to the staff a digital copy of any digital photographs of Center holdings.  Use fees are negotiated with the Director of the Center of Southwest Studies. The Center of Southwest Studies retains all rights, including copyright, that it holds in the material(s) being reproduced.
